As well as providing offshore staffing solutions, BDE Group develops and maintains bespoke workflow and automation software systems to maintain staff efficiency, reduce compliance overhead and automate customer communication. Prior to co-founding BDE Group, Clint spent 15 years developing telephony and multi-channel customer communication systems for call centres and finance companies in Fiji and Australia.
He is a tech enthusiast with a passion for leading technical teams in the areas of software development, system architecture, networking and security.
Clint’s breadth of experience and technical knowledge allow him to quickly design solutions to our client’s complex needs.
Prior to co-founding BDE Group, Miles spent 15 years in management roles in call centres, a digital marketing agency and a software development firm.
He has worked with remote teams in Fiji, Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Australia and USA.
Our clients benefit from Miles’ extensive experience setting up and operating call centres and remote hubs across borders.
