BDE GROUP
BDE Group provides consulting and outsourced services to Australian businesses in the areas of technology, software development, workflow automation, customer service, finance assessment, debt recovery, and accounting.
The company is led by an Australian based Executive Team, supported by a talented international workforce based in Australia, Fiji, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka.

Clint Davis
CTO, Co-founder
Prior to co-founding BDE Group, Clint spent 15 years developing telephony and multi-channel customer communication systems for call centres and finance companies in Fiji and Australia.
He is a tech enthusiast with a passion for leading technical teams in the areas of software development, system architecture, networking and security.
Clint’s breadth of experience and technical knowledge allow him to quickly design solutions to our client’s complex needs.
Miles Blok
COO, Co-founder
Prior to co-founding BDE Group, Miles spent 15 years in management roles in call centres, a digital marketing agency and a software development firm.
He has worked with remote teams in Fiji, Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Australia and USA.
Our clients benefit from Miles’ extensive experience setting up and operating call centres and remote hubs across borders.
Shene Naidu
Client Success Manager
Prior to her promotion to the leadership team at BDE in 2019, Shene had a successful career working in several call centres and outsourcing companies serving both Fiji and Australia.
Having helped countless clients shift to Fiji, Shene is quickly able to identify our clients’ priorities and is a reassuring bridge between their Fiji team and their local head office.
